MICHELE ZAVOS >
Michele is the managing partner and founder of the Firm. She works primarily in the areas of adoption, assisted reproductive technology, collaborative law, estate planning, family formation, mediation, and probate. She has over 36 years of legal experience and has been a pioneer in the development of legal protections for families, including families headed by same-sex couples. Michele has been an elected Fellow of both the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Attorneys. She was named one of the 25 best divorce lawyers in Montgomery County by Bethesda Magazine in 2013. She graduated from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 1979. She is a member of the National Law Family Advisory Counsel, National Center for Lesbian Rights and is a founder of the National LGBT Bar Association. She has received many awards for her service to the LGBT community.

EVA N. JUNCKER >
Eva is a partner with the Firm, and heads the Firm's litigation practice. She has over 15 years of experience litigating divorce, custody, and dissolution issues. She was named a Virginia Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Eva graduated Cum Laude from George Mason University School of Law in 1999. Eva spent 10 years as a qualified Virginia Guardian ad litem. Eva was also named one of the best divorce lawyers in Montgomery County by Bethesda Magazine in 2013, and a Top 100 Lawyer by The National Advocates. She has served on the Board of Directors of the National Gay and Lesbian Lawyers Association and as its affiliate member to the Young Lawyers Division of the ABA. She is also a member of the National Center for Lesbian Right's National Family Law Advisory Council.

CAMELLIA JACOBS >
Camellia is a partner with the Firm, and works with Eva and Michele in all practice areas. She has over a decade of experience in family law and is an established collaborative law practitioner in the Washington metropolitan area. In addition to her collaborative law practice, Camellia focuses on divorce litigation, mediation, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence issues. She is a adjunct professor of Family Law at the American University's Washington College of Law, and every year she incorporates her understanding of real-life legal practice into her courses. Camellia serves as an Executive Board member of the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution (MCDR) and for the Collaborative Dispute Resolution Professionals (CDRP). She is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence (MPME), the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).

JILL SEIFERTH >
Jill is an Associate with the Firm and works primarily with the litigation practice, focusing on custody agreements, divorce and dissolution, property agreements, and juvenile law. She graduated with honors from the University of Miami and then the American University's Washington College of Law, where she worked with the Domestic Violence Clinic as a student attorney and assisted survivors of domestic violence in obtaining civil protection orders. Jill is a member of the Fairfax County Bar Association and the Bar Association of Montgomery County, and is active in the Fairfax Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.

LYNETTE KLEIZA>
Lynette is an Associate with the Firm with over eight years of experience. Lynette represents clients in all of the Firm’s practice areas with her focus in litigation including complex equitable distribution, custody and visitation, relocation, child support, and spousal support. Lynette is an experienced litigator and is trained in collaborative law. She has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2015 in both Virginia and Washington, D.C. Lynette earned her Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University before earning her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law. She is a member of the family law sections of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Fairfax Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association.

KATE FITZGERALD >
Kate is Of Counsel to the Firm.
Kate represents clients in a wide range of criminal and civil matters in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland, and serves as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Herndon. She also investigates Title IX claims and represents Title IX claimants in administrative hearings. She was a registered nurse before she became an attorney.

Michael is Of Counsel to the Firm, and works with Eva and Michele in all practice areas. He has over twenty-five years of experience practicing in Virginia and the District of Columbia, specializing in family law, LGBT legal issues, and estate planning. Michael is a founding member of the LGBT Legal Roundtable, and is a member of the Family Law Institute of the National LGBT Bar Association, as well as the Virginia Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar.
